Original Kashmiri Saffron is grown naturally in the valley of pampore,Kashmir and is known for its dark reddish appearance, strong flavour and bitter taste. It is Grown and Hand Harvested in kashmir. Our Saffron is tried, and utilised in kitchens across the world in creating the dishes Favoured by Michelin Star Chefs and Cooks across the globe. We source our saffron from ancient Farms located in kashmir. It takes around 150000 flowers scientifically known as Crocus sativus to produce 1kg of saffron threads spice. The saffron flower is grown in high altitude mountains where softly sloping terrain that directly faces the sun is perfectly for growing the delicate saffron flowers.
